Medical Student Day 2024
The Department of Dermatology, led by PGY4 Dr. Teel Liddell, educated UMMC's M2 Medical School class utilizing ‘live patients’ as part of their IMP2 coursework. Dermatology faculty and residents, alongside six patient educators, taught the students about various dermatological conditions. Students divided into small groups for ‘live’ patient viewing of patients with some common, and some not so common, dermatologic diseases. We are grateful to our patient educators who volunteered their time to help train medical students!
